Order processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping times
We offer two shipping options within the United States: Standard Shipping arrives in 3-5 business days, and Express Shipping arrives in 1-2 business days. Some items may arrive in separate packages if your order includes multiple products, at no extra cost to you.

Shipping rates
Standard Shipping is $8, and free on orders over $70. Express Shipping is a flat $15. Exact rates for your order are shown at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to high demand, weather, customs, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if there's a significant delay with your order.
